Passed the DQT yesterday at 1st go!!--Not bragging but trying to give hope to others

that it can be done.Reading about others who made it gave me hope too.

First, thank you very much Mr.Langley for this great website and all those

contributing, wonderful people you are, God bless you.

I don't have good memory like others but here are some tips I found helpful:

Part1:Read the DQT Handbook several times if you have time, taking note of the key
points. Some of it is common sense.

Take your time and try to calm your nerves before starting.Going thru the intro part at the begining slowly helps.

Part2 : -Don't overtake the cyclist--either road too narrow, bending or double lines.
-Touch screen to turn right only if huge gaps and watch out for red light and/or
           anything suspiciuos.
-On slowing down parts look well ahead and anticipate, slow down for truck
blocking view, folks about to cross road, car about to enter main road ...some
            things you don't usually do.
I'll miss my green P's but hey,i'ts life, need to progress.

Good luck y'all!

Would just like to say THANK YOU to Michael and everyone's input on this page, my green p's are due to expire in 2 days but after reading everthing on here it gave me the confidence to sit the test (otherwise I would have just renewed my greens) and I passed first go, so thank you again to everyone on here.
